Venezuela
The acting president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodriguez, described as a major achievement of Venezuelan diplomacy, the country's return to the International Monetary Fund after six years of institutional blockage, which opens the door to more than five billion dollars in frozen reserves. The World Bank has also resumed relations with Venezuela. In her address to the nation announcing this, Delcy Rodriguez also enacted the organic mining law.
Spain
At this hour in Spain, the summit called global progressive mobilization is already underway. On this first day, a bilateral meeting is being held between presidents Pedro Sanchez and Rula da Silva.
